I've been given the freedom to help define the design team, tools and process in order to achieve our product roadmap. There's a huge amount of talent across the Hectare team who are highly skilled in what they do and also bring huge amounts of industry knowledge giving amazing context to help with problem solving on product features.
My favourite thing about Hectare is the amazing people that make up the Herd. A truly collaborative group from leadership to ICs, it really allows for the freedom to try new things and learn new skills. Hectare has a great culture - while we do work hard, the company and especially it's Founders really respect work-life balance. Saying that, we do balance that hard work out with quite a bit of fun!
